Levante defeats Lorca at Pinatar Arena in a tremendously disputed match, where Iñaki Alonso’s disciples withstood in front of the “Granotas” team. Lorca deserved at times to take the lead, but less than 20 minutes to the final whistle, Verza scored from a penalty kick that brought the victory to a solid Juan Ramón López Muñiz’s Levante. It was the first win of the summer for Levante at Pinatar Arena, where they will be back on Wednesday to face Real Murcia.
