  • Resistance zone and free weights with more than 20 strength machines, power cage and other elements such as dumbbells, discs, kettelbells, Olympic bars, weight benches, etc.
  • Kinesis zone.

Multipurpose room

Multifunctional room designed mainly for the practice of directed cardio and strength activities.

Cyclo-indoor room

Equipped with 35 high-end Technogym bicycles for indoor cycling.

Balance room

Room equipped with tatami for the practice of directed activities on the floor and softer gymnastics.

Training given in a group setting with the aim of maintaining the same level and quality as a personal training. Each session tries to attend to the individual needs of each of the participants taking into account their level, their physical characteristics, etc. and its ultimate objective is to make known the correct technique and execution of the different exercises shown by the instructor. Balance

Program that brings together the best of Yoga, Stretching, Tai Chi and Pilates in a single class. Improve your flexibility and strength through controlled breathing exercises, concentration, stretching, movements and poses adapted to music.

Yoga

Activity aimed at improving the harmonious balance of your body, mind and spirit. Session after session you will optimize both your respiratory condition and the flexibility and strength of muscles and joints through postures "asanas" and stretching. Balance your whole being by practicing meditation. It is especially indicated in cases of stress, anxiety, insomnia, muscular tension, loss of flexibility and lack of concentration.

Indoor Cycling

Aerobic activity par excellence where different training modalities are combined: strength, endurance and speed at different musical rhythms, all on a special exercise bike.

Interval Training

It is a high intensity cardiovascular training program that combines self-loading exercises with movements that use dumbbells, step, rubber bands, medicine balls or bars. It is performed to the rhythm of music and is a perfect option if the end goal is to tone and strengthen while burning fat.

GAP

Its own name is given by the areas of the body that are exercised in these classes. GAP classes strengthen and tone BUTTOCKS, ABDOMINALS AND LEGS. They are suitable for all levels, since the level of effort can be adapted and each person can also regulate the extent to which they can perform the exercise, the speed and the number of repetitions.

Stretching

Activity designed to free the body of deep tension patterns and improve your muscle and joint flexibility, giving you a feeling of greater postural control, flexibility, range of motion and adequate muscle tone.

Body Combat by Les Mills

Activity inspired by martial arts in which different movements are performed that simulate a combat situation on a musical basis. An excellent option to release tension while improving physical condition.

Fitball

It is a different and very complete collective class in which the Swiss ball will be the protagonist. The unstable base means that, when we perform an exercise on its surface, we necessarily have to activate a large number of muscle groups to maintain balance.

Tabata

The Tabata method is a short, intense, interval training where you work at maximum intensity for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second break in a sequence of 8 sets. Improves cardiopulmonary capacity, muscular endurance and anaerobic capacity. In addition, it produces a greater increase in caloric expenditure not only by exercising but also at rest.

Body Pump by Les Mills

Group training class based on weight lifting. We only need a barbell and plates to work the main muscle groups. We will strengthen and tone the whole body using the best exercises in the fitness room such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. It is a fun and efficient activity for aesthetic enhancement.

Pilates
