After their arrival on Sunday evening, Manchester City begun their training this morning at Pinatar Arena, the two most important teams from Manchester City’s Academy; the EDS (Elite Development Squad) and the under 18s. Ex-football player Patrick Vieira leads Manchester City’s expedition here at Pinatar Arena. Patrick Vieira is the head coach of Manchester City EDS and is here alongside Jason Wilcox who coaches the under18s. Both teams include various Spanish players, either under contract or on loan, enjoying their stay in Murcia. This morning Man City EDS and Man City under 18s trained on pitches 2 and 3 at Pinatar Arena in their usual pre-season double session. On Wednesday the under 21s will face the under 18s at 19:00 at Pinatar Arena, free entrance.
